I found myself extremely stressed and anxious after a few months living in Manhattan, New York City. My costal Australian upbringing hadn't prepared me for the intensity of this fast-paced city. I knew I needed to find a way to stay internally calm with so much external stimulation if I was to continue living in this environment. A few years later, a sound yoga practice and a deep journey of exploration into mindfulness and meditation, my world (or my perspective on my world) had completely changed. 


My curiosity for not only the mind, but the body and spirit alike, has led me down many fascinating pathways of study. I give credit to my certification in Positive Psychology for allowing me the opportunity to share my passion through teaching as I travel around the world. The curiosity will never end, and I will forever search to widen my views on not only myself but the world we live in.
